【摘要】 实施专科生导师制,将有无导师的各专业学生成绩进行对比研究。结果显示各专业学生对导师满意度均在80%以上。相同专业相同科目情况下,有导师指导的学生的学习成绩比无导师指导的更好。专科生导师制的实施改善了学校的整体教学质量,使学生素质和学习成绩得到了提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 By implementing tutor system for medical students of junior college,we could compare the academic performance of various major students with or without tutors.80% students of various majors were satisfied with their tutors.As for the same major and the same course,students with tutor’s guidance scored higher than those without.The implementation of tutor system for junior college students has improved the school’s overall quality of teaching,improved the students’ quality and academic achievement.更多还原
