【摘要】 医学专科教育培养人才的目标是为基层和广大新农村培养合格的应用性人才。随着我国社会主义新农村建设的飞跃发展,农村的医疗卫生保健需求和卫生资源不足之间的矛盾日益突出。构建和谐社会和建设社会主义新农村,为农村社区培养"下得去、留得住、用的上"的实用型医学人才,已经成为医学专科学校办学的主要任务,所以医学专科学校应准确定位,找准办学的目标,深化医学专科教育改革,建立培养技能实用型人才模式,以达到国家卫生部的要求,加快学校的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent cultivation of medical specialist education aims at producing qualified application-oriented professionals for grass-root and rural areas.With the rapid development of China’s new socialist countryside construction,there have emerged increasing contradictions between health care needs and health resources shortage in rural areas.In building a harmonious society and a new socialist countryside,it has become a major main task for running junior medical schools to produce for rural communities practical medical personnel who are willing to practice medicine at the grass-root level,can stay and be used.Therefore,junior medical schools should be accurate in positioning and defining the educational goals,deepen the reform of medical education,and construct a skill and practice-oriented talent training model in order to better meet the requirements of the State Ministry of Health and speed up school development.更多还原
