【摘要】 目的了解南昌市美沙酮维持治疗门诊内海洛因依赖者的社会支持,为开展社会支持干预提供科学依据。方法问卷收集海洛因依赖者的人口学数据;用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评定海洛因依赖者的社会支持利用度;海洛因依赖者的社会支持总分与正常人群比较采用t检验,多组间均数比较采用单因素方差分析。结果269例海洛因依赖者中以男性为主,占76.2%。海洛因依赖者的社会支持总分显著低于正常人群;不同婚姻状况、文化程度、职业的海洛因依赖者,获得的社会支持不同。结论南昌市美沙酮门诊内海洛因依赖者的社会支持评分低于正常人群,文化程度低、离异、失业是其社会支持评分低的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the conditions of social support for heroin addicts visting methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) clinics in Nanchang.Methods Demographic data were collected by using questionnaires;SSRS scale was used to evaluate social support for heroin addicts.To compare social support score of heroin addicts with the normal standard,student test was used.For comparing multi-group means,One-Way ANOVA was applied.Results Of the total 269 heroin addicts under study,76.2% were males and 23.8% were females.The social support score of heroin addicts was significantly lower than the normal standard.The extent of social support provided to heroin addicts was dependent on their status of marriage,education or occupation.Conclusion The social support score of the heroin addicts was lower than the normal standard.,and lower social support score is mainly associated with lower education,divorce and unemployment of the heroin addicts visiting methadone maintenance treatment clinics.These results indicate that intervention strategies should be developed to improve their social conditions.更多还原
