【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence on the basketball sportsman’s arm stability and accuracy from the physical and psychological states.It shows that accurate shooting action,consciousness developing power and the rival’s disturbance can affect the player’s arm stability and accuracy.Therefore,the effective training of athlete’s the arm stability and accuracy may improve the percentage of shooting.更多还原
