双层气雾化喷嘴突出高度的数值研究与分析
STUDY AND SIMULATION ON EFFECT OF DOUBLE-LAYER ATOMIZER’S FEEDING TUBE HEIGHT
【摘要】 采用计算流体软件Fluent数值模拟的方法,通过对双层气雾化喷嘴气流场、颗粒粒径以及温度场的数值模拟,研究分析了导液管突出高度对气流场、颗粒粒径以及温度场的影响.研究结果表明,模拟结构中导液管突出高度为6mm时气流场结构最优,雾化所得粒径最小.此外,论文总结了气雾化过程中液滴在特殊气流场中破碎的主要过程,为双层气雾化喷嘴结构设计及机理研究提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 The effect of feeding tube height on flow field and temperature structure and particles size is simulated based on Computational Fluid Dynamic Software Fluent.According to our simulation results,feeding tube height 6 mm is the optimal value,then flow field structure is best and the particles size is lest.We also summarized particles breakup process in atomization based on the results.It is helpful to double-layer atomizer’s design and mechanism research.
