【Abstract】 According to equilibrium principle of electric bridge,insulating paper and normal printing paper had been made into a capacitor.By measuring capacitance of the capacitor,relationship between their dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor with ambient temperature was studied carefully.The results showed that insulating paper had better insulation and heat proof,and lower dissipation than normal printing paper under the same conditions.更多还原
