小麦型日粮添加木聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

【摘要】 【目的】研究不同剂量木聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能和部分血液指标的影响,为木聚糖酶在家禽小麦型饲粮中的应用提供理论依据。【方法】将240只1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡随机分为4个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复12只,研究含400g/kg小麦的基础饲粮中添加不同水平木聚糖酶(0,500,1000,5000U/kg),对肉仔鸡生产性能及血液中葡萄糖、尿酸、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的影响,试验分1~21d和22~42d两期进行。【结果】添加木聚糖酶不影响1~21,22~42及1~42d肉仔鸡的体增质量、采食量及血液中葡萄糖、尿酸、胰岛素和IGF-Ⅰ的含量(P>0.05),但可显著改善1~21和1~42d肉仔鸡的饲料转化率(P<0.05)。【结论】添加低剂量(500U/kg)木聚糖酶可显著提高肉仔鸡饲料转化率,高剂量(5000U/kg)木聚糖酶对肉仔鸡的生产性能和内分泌无改善作用,但也未产生负面生化效应。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The trial was conducted to study the effects of supplementing different levels of xylanase on performance and blood parameters of broilers.[Method] 240 one-day-old broilers were randonly divided into 4 treatments,with 5 replicates of 12 broilers each.The wheat-based diets were supplemented with 0,500,1 000,5 000 U/kg xylanase.The experiment periods were starter phase (1 to 21 d) and grower phase (22 to 42 d).[Result] Xylanase supplementation had no effects on daily weight gain and feed intake of broilers (P>0.05) ,but significantly improved the feed conversion ratio of broiler in 1 to 21 d and 1 to 42 d (P<0.05).The contents of blood glucose,uric acid,insulin and IGF-Ⅰ were not affected by xylanase supplementation.[Conclusion] Low level of xylanase addition (500 U/kg) significantly improved the feed conversion ratio of broiler while excess level of xylanase (5 000 U/kg) had no further improvement on performance and blood parameters and no negative biochemical effects on broilers.
