半根灌溉对成龄苹果树光合荧光及果实品质的影响
Effects of Half Root-zone Irrigation on Photosynthesis Fluorescence and Fruit Quality of Fuji Apple Trees
【摘要】 在田间条件下研究了半根灌溉对苹果树叶片光合作用、荧光和果实产量品质的影响。结果表明,在干旱及半根灌溉下苹果叶片Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr、CE下降,即光合受到抑制;干旱会使富士苹果叶片PSⅡ反应中心出现可逆的失活,ΦPSⅡ显著降低,NQP比全灌溉和半根灌溉高,ETR显著下降;半根灌溉下苹果叶片的可变荧光Fv变化不明显,ΦPSⅡ比全根灌溉略有降低,NQP比全灌溉高,ETR显著下降。半根灌溉使果实硬度降低,其他品质指标和产量与全根灌溉相比没有显著变化。
【Abstract】 The study is to research the effects of whole root irrigation,half root irrigation and whole root water stress on photosynthesis,fluorescence and fruit quality of apple orchard.The results showed that Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr and CE was decreased on half root irrigation,it means photosynthesis was restrained.PSⅡ reaction center of apple leaves appeared reversible inactivation under whole root water stress.ΦPSⅡ was decreased significantly,NQP was higher than whole root irrigation and half root irrigation,and ETR was markedly reduced.Fv of apple leaves had no obvious change under half root irrigation;ΦPSⅡ was slightly lower than whole root irrigation;NQP was higher than whole root irrigation;and ETR was obviously decreased.Fruit firmness was reduced by half root irrigation,but other quality indexes and yield had no significant variation with whole root irrigation.
