NAA、IBA处理及不同营养液配方对水培常春藤的影响

【摘要】 用不同浓度的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸处理常春藤插条并进行水培,观察其形态指标和生理指标,并采用3种不同配方不同浓度的营养液对常春藤插条做比较试验。结果表明,水培常春藤最适宜的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸处理浓度分别为8 mg.L-1和500 mg.L-1,常春藤水培的最适营养液及最佳浓度是C配方稀释1/2倍。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the ivy cuttings were treated and cultivated in water by different density NAA and IBA and different nutrient solution,observed the morphological and physiological indexes of the cuttings,then comparative experiment was done to ivy cutting by using nutrient solution of three different formulations and different concentrations.The results are as follows: the optimum concentration of NAA and IBA to water culture ivy were 8 mg·L-1 and 500 mg·L-1 respectively.The optimum nutrient solution and the best concentration of water culture ivy was formulation C of diluting 1/2 times.
