【Abstract】 In this experiment,the ivy cuttings were treated and cultivated in water by different density NAA and IBA and different nutrient solution,observed the morphological and physiological indexes of the cuttings,then comparative experiment was done to ivy cutting by using nutrient solution of three different formulations and different concentrations.The results are as follows: the optimum concentration of NAA and IBA to water culture ivy were 8 mg·L-1 and 500 mg·L-1 respectively.The optimum nutrient solution and the best concentration of water culture ivy was formulation C of diluting 1/2 times.更多还原
