3种藏嵩草种子休眠及内源脱落酸含量的研究

【摘要】 在采用不同药剂处理破除嵩草种子休眠的基础上,利用高效液相色谱测定嵩草种子中脱落酸含量变化,探讨影响嵩草种子休眠的因素。结果表明:40%的NaOH处理使矮生嵩草及高山嵩草种子的发芽率达到最高,分别为56.00%和46.00%。处理前种子中的脱落酸含量分别为3.451和4.571μg/g,处理后脱落酸含量分别为1.225和1.813μg/g,分别下降了64.50%和60.34%。

【Abstract】 Germination tests have been carried out with different treatments on the seeds of Kobresia Willd and the quantity of abscisic acid before and after the treatment was determined by a HPLC method.The results showed that the germination rates of both Kobresia humilis and Kobresia pygmaea reached the highest with a treatment of 40% NaOH,which was separately 56.00% and 46.00%.The abscisic acid in the seeds was separately 3.451 μg/g and 4.571 μg/g before the treatment and after the treatment was separately 1.225 μg/g and 1.813 μg/g,which decreased separately by 64.50% and 60.34%.
