滇杨优树无性系苗期叶片性状变异分析
Variation Analysis on Leaf Traits in Seedling Duration of Populus yunnanensis Plus Tree Clones
【摘要】 从5个产地收集滇杨优树52株,经扦插繁殖无性系化,对其1 a生苗木的叶长/叶宽、叶柄长/叶长、脉左宽/叶宽、宽基距/叶长、叶片厚及叶尖角等叶片性状进行了调查和变异性分析。结果表明:无性系间6个叶片性状的变异系数为2.4%~24.3%,且差异达到显著水平,表明滇杨优树无性系叶片性状的遗传变异较丰富;主成分分析结果表明,滇杨优树无性系叶片性状变异主要体现在叶长与叶宽性状,其次为叶最宽处在叶片的位置;基于欧氏距离聚类的结果将滇杨52株优树在1.5阈值处聚为4类,且优树无性系的表型变异与其地理来源无关联。
【Abstract】 Fifty two Populus yunnanensis plus trees were collected from 5 habitats and then cloned by branch cutting.The leaf traits of one-year seedling,including ratio of leaf length to width,ratio of petiol length to leaf length,ratio of the leaf width on the left of main vein to leaf width,ratio of length between the leaf widest and leaf base to leaf length,leaf thickness and leaf tip angle were surveyed for variance analysis.The results showed that variance coefficient of 6 leaf traits ranged from 2.4% to 24.3%,and significant difference of leaf traits existed among clones of P.yunnanensis,which indicated that variation of leaf traits in P.yunnanensis plus tree clones were abundant.Principal component analysis showed that the leaf trait differences mainly were decided by leaf length and leaf width,and the site of the leaf widest in leaf was the second factor.Based on the Euclidean distance,52 plus trees were divided into 4 groups at 1.5 thresholds by maximum distance cluster analysis,and phenotypic variation of the plus tree clones was not relative to their geographical habitats.
