尖叶胡枝子黄酮抗氧化活性的研究

【摘要】 通过尖叶胡枝子黄酮(Lespedeza hedysaroides flavonoids,LBF)清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子的效果及抑制猪油、菜油、和亚油酸的自氧化来研究尖叶胡枝子黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明,尖叶胡枝子黄酮对羟自由基和超氧自由基有较强的清除作用,清除率随黄酮浓度的增加而增大,分别达到98.85%和100%,且能够明显抑制猪油、菜油、亚油酸的自氧化,抑制作用随浓度的增大而增强。作为天然的抗氧化剂,尖叶胡枝子黄酮具有一定的开发利用价值。

【Abstract】 Through the scavenging effect of Lespedeza hedysaroides flavonoids(LBF) on hydroxyl radicals(·OH) and superoxide anion(O2-),the inhibition of LBF on lard,colleseed oil and linoleic acid were measured to study the antioxidant activity of the LBF.The results showed that LBF had some functions to clear free radicals and superoxide anion,and the effect of clearance became more obvious with the content of flavonoids increased;LBF can decrease the POV of lard and colleseed oil and autoxidation of linoleic acid remarkably,and the effect became more obvious with the content of flavonoids increased.LBF are worth exploring as a natural antioxidant material.
