不同树龄酿酒葡萄不同土壤深度根际和根区微生物数量的研究

【摘要】 以陕西杨陵4年生和8年生赤霞珠葡萄的根系土壤为试验材料,利用平板培养法和微生物选择培养基进行培养分离,采用梯度平板涂布法计数,对葡萄根系土壤中的7种目标微生物(细菌、真菌、放线菌以及4种细菌生理群)在不同区域、不同层面的分布和数量进行比较、分析。结果表明,除了真菌和钾细菌,其他种类的微生物均表现出较强的根际效应。不同树龄比较,8年生较4年生葡萄的土壤中放线菌、无机磷细菌和自生固氮菌的数量增多,钾细菌呈减少的趋势。随着土层加深,细菌在4年生葡萄的根际和根区土壤中的数量都增加,8年生葡萄的根际和根区土中减少;真菌在2种树龄的葡萄根际土壤中数量减少;钾细菌在二者根际土壤中数量增多。同种土样中3大微生物的菌群数量关系为:放线菌>细菌>真菌,而且无机磷细菌数量显著大于有机磷细菌。

【Abstract】 Root soils of Vitis vinifera cv.Cabernet sauvignon grapes of 4 and 8 years old in Yangling region vineyards were taken as samples,and the methods of plate culture and selective medium were used to culture and separate soil microbes.Then the microbes separated from different regions were counted and classified.The results indicated that microbes had shown strong rhizosphere effects,except fungi and potassium bacteria.The number of actinomyces,inorganic phosphorus bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria in the soil of 8-year-old grape was more than that of 4-year-old,and the potassium bacteria’s number decreased.With the increase of soil depth,the number of bacteria in the rhizosphere and root zone soil of the 4-year-old grape increased,while that of the 8-year-old decreased.The number of fungi decreased in the rhizosphere soil(4 and 8-year-old),whlie potassium bacteria’s number increased.In the same kind soil,the quantitative relation of the three main microbes was: actinomyces>bacteria>fungi,and the number of inorganic phosphorus bacteria was more than organic phosphate bacteria’s evidently.
