【摘要】 目的分析探讨2008年保定市手足口病疫情的特点、流行因素及流行病学规律,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学调查和分析方法及实验室病原分离、鉴定方法。结果综合原因造成了手足口病疫情的发生。结论加强手足口病的监测报告,做好家庭、托幼机构的消毒、健康教育工作是控制疫情的关键。开展手足口病病原学研究,预测其流行规律,有助于提出更好的预防和控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze epdemic situation of hand-foot-mouth disease in Baoding city,and provides scientific basis for formulating the prevention method of this disease.Methods Using epdemic investigation and laboratory aetiology.Results There are comprehensive reasons for getting hand-foot-mouth diseases.Conclusion The key of controlling the epidemic situation was to strengthen the monitoring report,and do more for disinfecting of family and kindergarten,and health education.Starting aetiology research of hand-foot-mouth disease and forecasting its spreading discipline will be helpful for submitting better measures of preven-tion and control更多还原
