【摘要】 目的研究马鞭草水提取物对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法以H22荷瘤小鼠为研究对象,用马鞭草的水提取物灌胃(32 g/kg),并设肿瘤对照和顺铂化疗对照,10 d后检测动物的瘤质量、体质量和脾质量,计算体质量变化、抑瘤率、脾指数。结果马鞭草水提取物及马鞭草水提物加化疗组肿瘤质量明显低于对照组,抑瘤率分别为40.3%和44.8%;马鞭草水提取物和马鞭草加化疗组动物体重增长明显低于肿瘤对照组,脾指数较对照组有所下降,但无显著性差异。结论马鞭草水提取物可明显抑制荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤的生长,但同时对荷瘤小鼠的体重增长和脾脏重量有一定降低作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of water-extraction of verbena officinalis L on tumor-inhibition in mice with H22.Methods The mice with H22 were given extraction of verbena officinalis L(16g/Kg)by gavages.The weight,tumor weight,spleen weight were measured.Results The results showed that both the water-ex-traction and the extraction of verbena officinalis L added chemotherapy inhibited the growth of the tumor.The rats of tumor-inhibition were 40.3% and 44.8%.The growth of weight in both group of water-extraction and the extraction of verbena officinalis L added chemotherapy was decline.Conclusion The extraction of verbena of-ficinalis L can inhibit tumor growth and reduce the weight and spleen weight.更多还原
