【摘要】 目的:研究春砂仁提取液对清醒、空腹状态下人体表胃电和麻醉大鼠浆膜胃电的影响。方法:用胃肠电检测系统记录人体表胃电和大鼠浆膜胃电。结果:春砂仁提取液显著升高人体表胃电和麻醉大鼠浆膜胃电慢波幅度(n=20,P<0.01),不影响胃电频率。结论:人体表胃电能客观反映胃的电活动,春砂仁提取液可以升高胃电慢波的幅度,而不影响其频率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of extract solution of Amomum Villosum Lour(ESOA) on cutaneous electrogastrogram in human(EGG) and serosal electric activity in anesthetized rat stomach.Methods: The human EGG and rat stomach serosal electric activity were recorded by EGCOG-2B system of gastrointestinal electrical activity.Results: The ESOA raised amplitude of slow waves of EGG and serosal electric activity in anesthetized rat stomach(n=20,P<0.01).Conclusion: The EGG can show gastric electric activity,and ESOA can raise amplitude of gastric electric activity slow waves without affecting the frequency.更多还原
