电磁制动器力矩特性斜率与转子参数关系的研究
Making Clear Relationships between Electromagnetic Brake′s Torque-Speed Ratio and Its Rotor Dimensions
【摘要】 电磁制动器力矩特性对空间对接机构吸收碰撞能量和缓冲对接过程非常重要,参考文献在力矩特性斜率与转子参数的关系上存在不一致,使电磁制动器的设计难以进行。文章通过样机试验和仿真分析对电磁制动器力矩特性斜率与其转子参数(长度、平均直径和厚度)的关系进行研究,给出了测试和仿真的转矩特性曲线。研究结果表明电磁制动器力矩特性斜率与转子长度的一次方、平均直径的三次方成正比;在转子平均直径不变,通过改变转子内外径来改变转子厚度时,力矩特性斜率与转子厚度的一次方成正比。
【Abstract】 Aim.Because past researches differ on the relationships mentioned in the title,it is hard to proceed with the design of an electromagnetic brake.Section 1 of the full paper makes clear what we believe to be the differences.Section 2,starting with the prototype of electromagnetic brake,which had been gradually perfected before beginning the research of the present paper,gives Fig.2 in the full paper as the block diagram of prototype tests;it also briefly describes the points that should be paid careful attention to in the finite element simulation model with the help of Figs.1 and 3.Section 3 gives the variations of torque with speed in Fig.4,obtained with both prototype tests and finite element simulation,for different values of rotor length,which is the most important rotor dimension;it also gives the variations of torque speed ratio k with rotor length in Fig.5.Section 4 gives the variations of k with rotor’s mean diameter obtained only with finite element simulation for different values of rotor length;similarly,section 5 gives the variations of k with rotor thickness.Section 6 gives four preliminary conclusions that we believe can make clear some of the relationships between k and rotor dimensions.
