新型木棉纤维集合体的浮力性能(英文)

【摘要】 研究了采用新方法制作的木棉浮力材料的浮力性能.由于不均衡的结构导致浮力变小,因此研发了由空气梳理法和机械混合法联合制造的新型木棉浮力材料,并比较了这种材料和手工铺絮木棉浮力材料的浮力性能.同时,研究了新方法中切断、加热、形成木棉浮材的一步法过程对浮力性能的影响.结果显示,只有切断会导致浮力损失率的提高,其余对浮力性能都没有影响.这种新的加工方法可以改善木棉集合体的浮力性能.

【Abstract】 The buoyancy performance of kapok buoyancy material processed by the new way is investigated.For the flaws of high fabricating cost,low buoyancy performance brought by uneven structure,a processing way of combined action of air carding and mechanical blending was performed,the performance of kapok buoyancy material made by the new way was tested and compared with the hand padding’s.On the base of new processing way,the influence of cutting,heating and one process to the performance of kapok buoyancy material was investigated.The new process of combined action of air carding and mechanical blending does not affect buoyancy performance of kapok buoyancy material;Heating wadding sheet does not affect the buoyancy performance of kapok buoyancy material;Cutting does not affect buoyancy factor of kapok buoyancy material,but may enhance the buoyancy loss.One process can provide buoyancy material good buoyancy performance.
