【摘要】 目的:研究槲皮素抑制胃癌MGC-803细胞淋巴转移的作用。方法:实验分为对照组和40μmol/L槲皮素处理组两组。采用免疫组化和RT-PCR方法,检测槲皮素对VEGF-C及其受体VEGFR-3表达水平的作用。结果:槲皮素处理48h后VEGF-C和VEGFR-3表达水平均有下调,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:槲皮素可下调胃癌MGC-803细胞VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the mechanism of quercetin on the inhibition of the lymphatic metastasis in human gastric cancer cells MGC-803.METHODS:Cells were divided into the control group and the quercetin(Que)-treated group.Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) and VEGFR-3 of human gastric cancer cells MGC-803 in response to Que.RESULTS:Que significantly decreased the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 at 40 μmol/L compared with the control group after 48 h(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Que can down-regulate the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in human gastric cancer cells MGC-803.更多还原
