【摘要】 通过采用文献分析等方法探讨科技型中小企业的自主创新与制度供求。认为自主技术创新的主体是企业,然而,政策层面上的制度供给往往是大企业而非中小企业。科技进步主导了企业的分化和演变,推动了科技型中小企业的产生与发展,科技型中小企业比大企业更具有自主技术创新的能动性。制度供给远大于技术创新,科技型中小企业自主创新的外部性制度供给远大于其内生性的自主创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main body of technological innovation is enterprise,but the suply policy sometimes is for big business not for medium-sized and small enterprises.Progress of science and technology dominates the enterprise of differentiation and evolution.Technology-based small & medium firm has the more independent technological innovation activity than big firm.Suply system is more important than technological innovation.Technology-based small & medium firm independent innovation outside the system is more important than its endogenous independent innovation.更多还原
