【Abstract】 In order to clear the civil subject status of proprietor entity,an analysis was made on the causes of controversy on the legal status of proprietor’ congress and committees.With the help of comparative study,it was held that Chinese legislation should take proprietor’ entity as a kind of civil subject,which is registered as non-juridical entities.更多还原
