【摘要】 为了构建更加科学有效的城市低保资金发放路径,运用网络理论,把银行中介机构作为新网络节点,构建了城市低保资金发放的网络路径图,分析、计算和比较各路径的总权值。认为,在低保资金发放各路径中,现行的路径路程最远,而采用从市一级直接将城市低保资金交由银行转付给低保对象时路程最短。所以,我国城市低保资金发放应该选择该路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim is at constructing the more scientific and effective channels in the allocating of low security funds for China’s cities.For this purpose,it is necessary to model the network paths for distributing low security funds through introducing the banking agencies as the new network node on the basis of the network theory and then calculate,analyze and compare the total weigh values for various channels.Consequently,the current roates are the farthest but the channel of the funds directly transferred to the insured from the city level via the banks is the shortest of all and so this path should be selected to distribute the low security funds in cities in China.更多还原
