【Abstract】 This paper analyses the meaning and characteristics of teaching team.It shows the necessity of constructing teaching teams and presents some strategies for the construction and administration of teaching teams.It points out that to bring the role of teaching teams in the school’s teaching work and management into full play,much emphasis must be laid on the process management,and effective incentive and restriction system must be established.更多还原
