【摘要】 对农村体育发展过程中的利益机制进行研究,认为其偏差和缺陷主要包括机制的利益动力不足、约束力量不强、信息结构不合理、机制运行不畅。提出四点对策:矫正地方政府的利益追求;对现行的利益机制进行完善和补充;强化农村体育发展进程中的资源共享;加快培养农村体育团体,拓宽维护农民体育利益的有效渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors make some research on the benefit mechanism in the process of rural sports development,and consider that its deviations and deficiencies include: lack of benefits dynamism of mechanism,non-strong binding force,irrational information structure,ineffective mechanism.The paper points out four responses: correcting benefits pursuing of local government,improving and supplying the existing benefit mechanism,strengthening resource sharing in the process of rural sports development,speeding up the training of rural sports groups.更多还原
