【Abstract】 The paper first explains the particularities of fraudulent and the breach of contact in marriage agency and analyzes the lawful basis on the mental damage compensation of marriage agency’s liability for breach of contract.It is thought that as one of contracts,its liability for breach of contract still includes the mental compensation.Therefore,the mental compensation of marriage agency’s liability for breach of contract is the design of one law system that fits the historical tendency.更多还原
