结合面法向动态参数的分形模型
Fractal Model for Normal Dynamic Parameters of Joint Surfaces
【摘要】 为了对结合面法向动态参数进行正确的理论计算,以分形接触理论为基础,建立了结合面法向动态参数的理论分形模型,揭示了接触刚度和接触阻尼与作用在粗糙表面上的法向载荷、粗糙表面材料性能常数,以及分形参数等因素之间的复杂关系,并对该模型进行了数值仿真.仿真结果表明:结合面的实际接触面积仅占名义接触面积的一小部分,降低表面粗糙度或增加法向载荷都将增大实际接触面积;接触刚度和接触阻尼与分形参数之间具有较强的非线性关系,而法向载荷对接触刚度的影响较为明显,当载荷增加时,刚度值也随之增大,但对接触阻尼的影响可以忽略.
【Abstract】 To estimate the normal dynamic parameters of joint surfaces theoretically,a new fractal model for these parameters is established following the fractal contact theory.It is revealed that the normal dynamic parameters,such as the contact stiffness and the contact damping,depend on the normal contact load,material properties of rough surface,and fractal parameters.The varying laws between the normal dynamic parameters and their effect factors are simulated numerically.The investigation indicates that the contact between two rough surfaces actually only occurs at the asperities,thus the real contact area makes up only a small section of the apparent area.The real contact area may increase by decreasing the roughness of surfaces and increasing the normal load.And the relationships between normal dynamic parameters of joint surfaces and fractal parameters get strongly nonlinear.The normal load obviously affects contact stiffness,but slightly affects contact damping.
