立式冷藏陈列柜内部结构对冷风幕流动的影响

【摘要】 针对立式冷藏陈列柜内部结构对冷风幕流动的影响进行了数值模拟研究,分析了表征搁板位置的几何参数Dv和Dh对温度分布、速度分布与热负荷的影响.结果表明:内部搁板的位置和尺寸对于风幕流动和柜内温度分布具有重要影响,搁板的存在有助于提高风幕流动的稳定性,可使保证风幕稳定的Richardson数范围拓宽;Dv对柜内温度分布影响较大,相邻各层搁板之间的温差沿风幕流动方向逐渐增大,且随着H/Dv增大,柜内温度分布均匀程度增强,但柜内平均温度差异较小;Dh则对风幕流动轨迹和空气卷吸量影响显著,因此对热负荷有较大影响,但对柜内温度分布影响很小.将Dh/b0控制在0~0.5范围内可以降低热负荷,从而改善风幕的性能.

【Abstract】 Numerical simulation was performed to study the effect of interior structure of multi-deck display cabinets on the flow characteristics of refrigerated air curtains.The temperature and velocity distributions as well as the cooling load were analyzed with different interior structures.The results show that the presence of the inside shelves is helpful to the flow stability of the cold air curtains,and the Richardson number that guarantees the flow stability is more extensive.The influences of two geometry dimensions(the vertical distance between the neighboring shelves Dv and the horizontal distance between the discharge grille and the front edge of the shelves Dh) were also studied respectively.The results indicate that Dv affects the inside temperature distribution significantly,and the temperature differences between neighboring shelves increase with the flow direction of the air curtain.As H/Dv increases,the temperature distribution is more uniform but the overall average temperature changes slightly.Dh influences the flow direction and the entrainment of the air curtains greatly,and then it has great effect on the cooling load but affects the inside temperature distribution slightly.It seems that the performance of the air curtains can improve when Dh/b0 is from 0 to 0.5.
