福州市3种主要园林树种抗铜胁迫能力研究
STUDY ON RESISTANCE POTENTIAL OF THE 3 MAIN LANDSCAPE TREE SPECIES TO THE COPPER STRESS IN FUZHOU CITY
【摘要】 采用盆栽方法研究了榕树(Ficus microcarpa L.f.)、樟树(Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl)和芒果(Mangifera indicaLinn)一年生幼苗对土壤中重金属铜胁迫的生长反应和生理生化反应,综合评定其抗铜胁迫能力。经方差分析,并用隶属函数法进行综合评定,得出3树种抗铜胁迫能力的强弱顺序依次为:樟树>芒果>榕树。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to test the growth,physiological and biochemical colligation reactions of one year old saplings of 3 main landscape tree species to the stress of heavy metal Cu in the culture soil.They were Ficus microcarpa L.f.,Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl and Mangifera indica Linn,respectively.The saplings were potted in the experimental soil.Due to the results from the variance analysis and overall evaluation by subordinate function method,the resistances of the 3 main landscape tree species in Fuzhou to Cu stress could be ordered as:Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl,Mangifera indica Linn and Ficus microcarpa L.f.
