【摘要】 本文以Dudley-Evans和St.John的需求分析模式为依据,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对2283名大学本科生英语学习需求的基本情况及其满足状况进行了调查,得出以下结论:1)大学生的英语学习需求总体上表现出多样性和个性化的倾向,呈分散态势;2)文科与理科学生、重点大学与普通大学学生在英语学习需求的某些方面有显著差异;3)当前大学英语教学未能充分体现和切实满足学生的学习需求,直接导致多数学生学习动机缺乏和学习兴趣丧失。文章就大学英语教学的改革途径提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Dudley-Evans and St.John’s Needs Analysis Theory and through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the paper makes an attempt to explore 2283 Chinese undergraduates’ English language learning needs,and the extent to which these needs are satisfied in college English teaching.The results indicate that on the whole students’ English learning needs are diversified and individualized,showing a decentralized distribution;there are significant differences in some aspects of learning needs between liberal arts and science students,and between key university and general university students;college English teaching does not fully reflect or effectively meet students’ learning needs,direct consequences of which are students’ lack of motivation and loss of interest in English language courses.更多还原
