中国南海22种海藻微量元素分析
Studies on Trace elements of Twenty-two Seaweeds from the South Sea of China
【摘要】 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,对中国南海22种常见经济海藻的微量元素进行分析测定。结果发现22种海藻的微量元素含量丰富,其中以Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、P、Zn含量最高;重金属元素Cd含量很少;绿藻门海藻微量元素含量相对较高,而重金属元素Cd最低;马尾藻科的不同海藻所含微量元素的含量差别不明显;试验采用的22种不同海藻中各种微量元素含量存在显著差异。
【Abstract】 The contents of trace elements on twenty-two economic seaweeds from the South Sea of China was analysed and determined by using inductively coupled plasma emission spectro-metryto(ICP—AES).The results showed that the trace elements of 22 kinds of seaweed were rich and the contents of Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、P、Zn was highest;The content of Cd was rare in the heavy metal elements.The trace elements were relatively high and the heavy metal elements Cd was lowest in the Chlorophyta.The contents of race elements on the different branches of sargassaceae was not obvious difference.There was a significant difference on the contents of trace element on twenty-two seaweeds from the South Sea of China.
