【摘要】 [目的]报告一例脂蛋白肾病,并分析其超微结构特点.[方法]分析脂蛋白肾病患者的临床表现、实验室结果,以及肾活检病理检查结果.[结果]该病例经病理检查,结合临床特点证实为脂蛋白肾病.[结论]诊断脂蛋白肾病除根据临床表现外,还应结合光镜病理和超微病理特征,而毛细血管袢中广泛性脂蛋白栓子形成及ApoB、ApoE染色阳性,是诊断的关键依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] One case of lipoprotein glomerulopathy (LPN) is reported and its pathological features under electronic microscopy are analyzed. [Method] Data on the patient including clinical manifestations, laboratory examination results, and kidney biopsy pathological examination results, are analyzed. [Results] The case was diagnosed as lipoprotein glomerulopathy. [Conclusion] Diagnosis of LPN should be based on clinical manifestations and renal biopsy, including examination of ultrastructure characteristics. Extensive glomerular capillary thrombosis stained positive for ApoB and ApoE plays a key role in the diagnosis of LPN.更多还原
