【Abstract】 Courses of British and American literature have been increasingly marginalized in recent years,which has constituted a major problem for the education of English majors in colleges and universities.Based upon teaching practices,this paper explores some possible strategies to help this course out of the current status of marginalization through effective application of two network technologies-blackboard platform and blog-to the teaching process.As a new way of teaching,teaching American literature under the environment of network can not only motivate and stimulate students’learning interest and enthusiasm,but also promote reforms in teaching notions,teaching contents and teaching methods,thus instill new life and energy into the traditional literary courses.更多还原
