【摘要】 针对当前新疆少数民族大学毕业生就业难的问题,提出了促进新疆少数民族大学生就业的策略。指出解决就业问题的根本途径是大力发展地方经济,提供更多就业岗位。提高人才培养质量是解决就业问题的前提条件。高校要根据人才市场的需求,及时优化人才培养方案和人才培养规格,要做好就业宣传工作,加强就业问题的研究。毕业生要解放思想,转变就业观念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the difficulties that current ethnic minority college graduates in Xinjiang meet in finding a job,a strategy is put forward to promote their employment rate. It is pointed out in the paper that to solve the employment problems the fundamental way is to develop the local economy and provide more jobs,and that the prerequisite is to improve the quality of personnel training. Colleges and universities should adjust the personnel training programs and specifications according to the talent market demand in a timely and optimal manner. It is also necessary to do some employment promotion job and strengthen the study of employment issues. Graduates themselves should emancipate their minds and change their views about employment.更多还原
