【Abstract】 This paper presents a design methodology for continuous-time delta-sigma modulators from high level specifications down to layout.Performance,power consumption and chip area is considered in high level synthesis to reduce repetition;thereby modulators can be designed rapidly with this methodology.The design of a complete third order continuous-time current mode delta-sigma modulator with limited power and chip area is taken as an example to show the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed design methodology.更多还原
