【摘要】 为了机房的安全以及更好地管理,设计了机房实时监视系统。采用H26x视频编码技术和RTP协议来实现,并且讨论了基于RTP/RTCP协议的视频实时传输中的控制方法。

【Abstract】 The management and safety of computer room are analyzed, and the real-time video monitoring system of computer room are designed in this paper.The monitor system of computer room is achieved with the H. 263/264 video encoded technology and RTP protoco1.The control methods of rea-time video transmission on RTP/RTCP are discussed too.
