医用手术灯微机控制系统的设计
Design of the Computer Control System on Medical Surgical Lights
【摘要】 系统选用了89LPC932单片微机及相关集成电路芯片组成控制系统,对医用手术灯进行应急切换、故障报警、亮度记忆和亮度调节等功能。当手术过程中手术灯发生故障时,可自动切换,接通备用手术灯,确保手术正常照明,并报警指示故障。控制系统还具有记忆手术灯亮度的功能,每次开启手术灯时能保持上次手术灯关闭时的亮度。手术灯的亮度可分八级进行控制,亮度的等级由发光二极管显示。
【Abstract】 The project is a micro-computer application which is based on the needs of the enterprise.The single-chip computer 89LPC932 and related integral chips are selected to composite the control system.It can achieve contingency cut over to the medical surgical lights,failure warning,brightness memory and brightness adjustment functions.When the main surgical light malfunction in the surgical process,the standby surgical light will be connected automatically in order to ensure the normal operation of lighting and to warn the failures.The control system has the function of memory surgical lights brightness.When opening the surgical light,it will be maintained the brightness of last closure.The surgical lights brightness can be divided into eight grades and the brightness levels are indicated by the LED group.
