味觉嗜好学习对游泳运动大鼠支链氨基酸及神经递质变化的影响
Influences of taste preference learning on swimming exercise rats’ branched-chain amino acid and neurotransmitters
【摘要】 目的:探讨氨基酸嗜好学习建立后游泳运动大鼠血、脑脊液中BCAA、GABA、Trp及其代谢产物的关系,为延缓或消除运动性疲劳探索新的途径。方法:采用HPLC法测定味觉嗜好学习建立后,进行7天适宜、力竭游泳运动后大鼠血、脑脊液中支链氨基酸及神经递质变化。结果:血液中BCAA浓度变化趋势是力竭游泳对照组显著高于空白对照组,P<0.05;脑脊液中氨基酸嗜好组、氨基酸嗜好后适宜游泳组显著低于空白对照组,P<0.01或P<0.05。氨基酸嗜好组、氨基酸嗜好后适宜游泳组血液5-HTP显著增多,P<0.05;而脑脊液中5-HTP、Trp却显著减少,P<0.01。除氨基酸嗜好运动组外其它各组脑脊液GABA均显著降低,P<0.01或P<0.05;血液GABA相对稳定。结论:氨基酸嗜好学习、适宜游泳运动可调控血、脑脊液BCAA、GABA、Trp和5-HTP浓度的变化;二者对机体的刺激有等同效应,但互促效应微弱。嗜好学习有消弱力竭游泳运动对机体过度刺激的作用,对保持机体的内稳态和延迟疲劳发生具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship of swimming rat’s BCAA,GABA,Trp concentration and metabolism in blood and CSF after amino acids preference learning so that a new method to delay or eliminate exercise fatigue could be found.Changes of BCAA and neurotransmitters were observed in blood and CSF after CTP and 7d swimming training by using HPLC method.It was shown that in blood,BCAA concentration in exhaustive swimming group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In CSF,amino acid preference and suitable swimming after amino acid preference group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Blood’s 5-HTP concentration in amino acid preference and suitable swimming after amino acid preference group increased significantly(P<0.05).However,CSF’s 5 HTP and Trp decreased(P<0.01).CSF’s GABA decreased in all groups except the swimming group after amino acid preference group(P<0.05 or P<0.05).The blood GABA remained relatively stable.It was concluded that amino acid preference learning and suitable swimming could modulate BCAA,GABA,Trp and 5 HTP’s concentrations in blood and CSF.They had the same effects in the body stimulation.However,there were little effects in promoting each other.Preference learning could weaken exhaustive swimming exercise induced stimulation on the body,which was significant for maintaining homeostasis in the body and delaying fatigue.
