羌塘国家自然保护区环境GIS信息系统

【摘要】 羌塘自然保护区是我国最大的自然保护区,是我国生物多样性优先保护区域,所以该区域自然和生态的保护对青藏高原自然资源的可持续发展具有至关重要的意义。本研究就是为其建立一个基于OpenGIS(Open Geodata Interoperation Specification)的开放的共享平台,为研究人员充分利用3S技术进行动植物和生态环境监测,科学研究提供数据共享,信息管理和综合分析的平台和软件基础。这里论述了国内、外相关应用现状,3S技术集成和生态环境与动植物监测的原理,本研究采用的技术路线及技术规范等,给出了系统的整体设计和流程实现,系统采用B/S和C/S混合模式的三层结构,WEBGIS平台采用GeoServer,应用服务器采用Jboss或者Tom-cat,数据库采用关系型空间数据库,技术先进可行,是一个很好的探索和尝试。

【Abstract】 The Qiangtang National Natural Reserve is the biggest natural protection area,and is also the first region of biodiversity protection of China.Therefore the region’s nature and the ecology protection are of significance to the Qinghai-Tibet Plain sustainable development.The goal of the research is to establish one open sharing platform based on the OpenGIS for researchers to fully carry on the zoology-botany and the ecological environment monitor,and the scientific research using the 3S technology to share the data,manage the information and share the analysis platform or the software foundation.The article introduces the current correlation research and application in both domestic and foreign,the 3S technology integration,the ecological environment and the zoology-botany monitor principle,this research’s technical route,the technology standard and so on,and also presents the design and the flow realization of the system.The system uses B/S and C/S mix pattern,the WEBGIS platform uses GeoServer,application server uses Jboss or Tomcat,the database uses the relations space database.The technology is advance and feasible.This research is a very good exploration and the attemptwhich.
