基于ARM的步进电动机细分驱动系统的设计与实现
Design and Realization of Stepping Motor Dubdivision Drive System Based on ARM
【摘要】 在传统步进电动机驱动系统以单片机或DSP为核心的基础上,提出一种基于ARM微控制器的步进电动机细分驱动方案,以ARM7微控制器LPC2478为CPU,μC/OS-Ⅱ为实时操作系统,设计了一种采用正弦脉宽调制技术的电流跟踪型三相混合式步进电动机细分驱动系统。结果表明,该系统结构简单,人机界面良好,有效地抑制了电机运行时的振动和噪声,提高了运行平稳性。
【Abstract】 Based on the traditional drive system for stepping motor with MCU or DSP,this paper brings a program of subdivision control system of stepping motor with ARM microcontroller,which uses ARM7 microchip LPC2478 as CPU and μC/OS-Ⅱ as Real-time operating system.This design introduces the drive system for three-phase hybrid stepping motor by using current-tracking SPWM technology.The result shows that the system has a simple structure and superior performance and it effectively reduces the vibration and noise of the motor when at full-load.It also improves the system stability.
