新型电动车用轮毂电机的稳态研究

【摘要】 设计了一种新型电动汽车用外转子双凸极永磁电机,采用有限元法对该电机在空载和互载时的特性进行分析,并对电枢电流对电机磁场的影响进行了深入研究,得出该电机在空载和负载时的磁场分布图以及空载时转子在不同位置时的气隙磁密分布曲线;同时也求出了永磁磁链、不同互载时磁链、输出转矩、励磁转矩、自感磁阻转矩和互感磁阻转矩随转子位置角的变化曲线,这些特性的获得为以后分析该电机的动态特性奠定了坚实的理论基础。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a new outer-rotor doubly-sailent permanent magnet motor for electric vehicle was designed,and the finite element methed was used to analyze the characteristics at load and no load.The impact of the current armature on the magnetic field was deeply studied,resulting in both the distribution scheme of magnetic field at load and no load,and the flux density distribution curve of rotor in different locations when at no load.With the change of rotor position angle,the variation curves of permanent magnet linkage,linkage at different loads,output torque,torque exciting,self-inductance torque and mutnal inductance reluctance torque were drawn.The acquiring of theose charateristics laid theoretical basis for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of such motors.
