超声波电动机推挽驱动电路的优化
Simulation and Optimization for Push-Pull Driving Circuit of Ultrasonic Motor
【摘要】 建立了行波超声波电动机驱动电路的动态模型,对驱动电路特性以及匹配优化问题进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:方波电压信号作为驱动源是可行的;串联匹配电感大小是否适当不仅影响电机是否工作在谐振状态,而且能起到优化电压波形和谐振升压的作用。
【Abstract】 A driving circuit model of the traveling wave ultrasonic motor was established and the drive performance of this circuit was simulated.The results showed that the square-wave voltage as driving source was feasible and an appropriate matching inductance did not only affect the resonant state of the motor but also play an important role in optimizing the voltage waveform and boosting voltage amplitude.
