开关磁阻直线电动机的位置估计及误差分析
Position Estimation and Error Analysis in Linear Switched Reluctance Motors
【摘要】 进行了低速条件下的开关磁阻直线电动机的连续位置估计研究,通过在非通电绕组中注入周期性小电流方法,进行位置估计试验,并对基于电流幅值与电流积分,以及基于查表法和拟合多项式法,进行了对比试验和分析,得出了有效的结果,并提出了同时采用多相检测的方案。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a continuous position estimation scheme was presented for linear switched reluctance motors (LSRM) at low speed.The scheme used the diagnostic current injected into an unenergized phase to detect the motor position. Current integration as a new index to indicate the measurement current waveform was also proposed.Hardware implementation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the estimation scheme and current integration for the LSRM.Through the detailed experimental data,the approach of polynomial fitting was compared with lookup table in regard to represent the characteristic curve.The estimation error distribution and their standard deviation showed that the accuracy and precision were close for the two approaches.
