电磁阻尼器静态气隙磁场的三维仿真分析
3D Simulation and Analysis of Static Air Gap Field for Electromagnetic Damper
【摘要】 针对电磁阻尼器的特殊结构,基于MagNet电磁场分析软件对其进行三维静态电磁场的仿真,充分利用场量采样对气隙磁通密度沿轴向的分布和端部气隙的磁通密度波形进行分析。对比不同模型的磁场仿真结果,重点研究了电磁阻尼器端部对气隙磁通密度的影响,为电磁阻尼器的性能分析、结构设计和动态仿真模型的简化提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The electromagnetic damper had a special rotor structure. In this paper,two three-dimensional models were built based on MagNet electromagnetic field software.The end air gap flux density and the change of air gap flux density with the axial distance were analyzed by means of sampling in static field.The results of simulation provided a theoretical basis for simplifying model,performance analysis and design of electromagnetic damper.
