全科医学服务满意度问卷的信度分析
Reliability analysis on satisfaction on general physician’s service
【摘要】 目的:探讨全科医学服务满意度测量问卷的信度。方法:采用经"本地化"的全科医学服务满意度测量工作调查1 765名患者,利用SPSS 13.0分别计算问卷的总Cronbach a系数和各因素的Cronbach a系数。结果:调查问卷的总Cronbach a系数为0.945,各因素的Cronbach a系数分别是医患沟通因素为0.793,技术服务因素为0.811,服务组织因素为0.826,均大于0.7,内部一致性信度较高。结论:全科医学服务满意度问卷具有较好的信度。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the reliability of satisfaction of general physician service.Methods: A general physician satisfaction questionnaire was developed,1765 respondents were surveyed.Results: The questionnaire of total Cronbach coefficient is 0.945,each Cronbach a coefficient is 0.793 for factor of communication between doctor-patient,0.811 for technique service,service organize factor is 0.826.Conclusion: There has a better satisfactory reliability on general physician service.
