【摘要】 通过定性和定量分析,收集了上海市93所民营医院资料,从资源配置、效率等角度明确了上海民院医院发展现况,总结了国内外民营医院发展经验,分析了上海民营医院发展的问题。研究发现上海民营医院规模较小,服务质量较低,费用较高。而这可能与较低的市场准入、不完善的监管措施、税收及医保定点政策等有关,并据此提出了相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research conducted a quantitative and qualitative analysis which based on 93 private hospital ’ s data.It had identified that the status of private hospital’ s efficiency,health care quality,and the(?)r operating models.The study found that private hospitals were in a small scale,lower quality,and higher price of health care. It may be affected by low standard of market entry policy,regulation status,tax policy and contracting rate to public health insurance programs.The alternative policies were proposed which adequate local situation.更多还原
