【摘要】 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定化妆品中15种稀土元素的方法。方法样品经HNO3+H2O2微波消解后,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术检测。每个稀土元素选择一个不受同质异位素干扰的同位素89Y、139La、140Ce、141Pr、146Nd、147Sm、153Eu、157Gd、159Tb、163Dy、165Ho、166Er、169Tm、172Yb、175Lu共15种元素。结果15种稀土元素混合标准液浓度0.5～100.0μg/L时,相关系数达到0.9998以上。方法的回收率在89.3%～114.6%;样品精密度为1.45%～7.93%。实际样品测定,膏状样品检出La、Ce、Nd、Y,粉状样品除Tm、Lu外,其他13种元素均检出。结论电感耦合等离子体质谱法,操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度高,线性范围宽,适合化妆品中15种稀土元素的同时测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for the simultaneous determination of 15 rare earth elements（REEs）in Cosmetics.Methods Cosmetics were digested with HNO₃+H₂O₂ by microwave oven.An interference-free isotope was chosen for eath REE as 89 Y,139 La,140 Ce,141 Pr,146 Nd,147 Sm,153 Eu,157 Gd,159 Tb,163 Dy,165 Ho,166 Er,169 Tm,172 Yb,175 Lu,15 REEs were determined by ICP-MS.Results The correlation coefficient r≥0.9998.The recovery rates and relative standard deviations could 89.3%-114.6% and 1.45%-7.93%.In the detection for real samples,La,Ce,Nd and Y were detected in creamy samples.13 REEs in powdery samples,were detected except for Tm,Lu.Maybe their raw material source were different.Conclusion The results indicated that the method could be simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,Which could meet the demand of the simultaneous determination for 15 rare earth elements analysis in Cosmetics.更多还原
