【摘要】 目的分析医患沟通的影响因素,探讨医患沟通在医疗活动中的作用及意义。方法采用医患座谈法、医护患访谈、问卷调查、电话随访等形式对医院2005～2007年的医患沟通现状进行调查和分析。结果调查结果信度和效度均高于0.70。结果可靠,基本达到预期目的。结论良好的医患沟通有助于提高医疗服务质量,保证医疗安全,提高医院的经济和社会效益,实现医患双赢;有利于实现以人为本,构建和谐的医患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence factors in doctor-patient communication,as well as the effects of doctor-patient communication in medical practice and innovation.Method To use patient forum,health care suffering from interviews,questionnaires,telephone follow-up methods in our hospital from 2005 to 2007.Result The survey reliability and validity were higher than 0.70,and it achieved the basic purpose of our expectations.Conclusion A good doctor-patient communication helps to improve the quality of medical services to ensure the safety of health care,to improve the economic and social benefits to the hospital,to achieve a win-win situation for both doctors and patients.更多还原
