【摘要】 目的明确2003年至2006年3年来中国卫生监督机构卫生监督检查能力的变化情况。方法采用系统抽样的方法,调查全国省市县各级卫生监督机构卫生监督检查工作的开展情况和职能落实情况。结果(1)3年来,监督检查覆盖率平均提高3.8%,户均卫生监督检查频次平均增加14.3%,卫生监督员人均现场检查天数平均增加12.1%;(2)2006年卫生监督检查职能的平均项目开展比例为53.2%,平均项目开展程度为71.3%,平均项目完成度仅为38.1%。结论卫生监督检查覆盖面略有增加,监督检查强度有所增强;职能项目开展程度尚可,但开展比例和完成度较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Find out the changes on health supervision and inspection capacity of health inspection institutions from 2003 to 2006.Method:Use systematic sampling survey to investigate the developing and fulfilling situation of the health supervision and inspection of three layers of health inspection institutions.Results:(1) In the past three years,the coverage of supervision and inspection has increased by an average of 3.8%,the monitoring frequency per household has increased by an average of 14.3%and the day on spot inspection per supervisor has increased by 12.1%.(2) In 2006,the average developing proportion of health supervision and inspection items was 53.2%,the average developing level of items was 71.3%,and the average fulfilling degree of items was only 38.1%.Conclusion: The coverage of supervision and inspection grows slightly,the strength of health supervision and inspection increases moderately,the average developing level of items is good,but the average developing proportion and the average fulfilling degree of items are relatively low.更多还原
