北京市海淀区美容美发行业卫生监督量化分级管理效果评价

【摘要】 目的了解北京市海淀区美容美发行业卫生监督量化分级管理实施前后公共卫生指标等项目的变化。方法抽取辖区内具有有代表性的两个街道持有效卫生许可证的美容美发单位共107家。根据卫生部卫生监督局制订的《美容美发卫生监督量化分级表》,对研究对象的公共卫生指标先后进行两轮量化评分。在第一轮评分与第二轮评分期间,对相关从业人员开展卫生培训以及相关管理措施,比较两轮量化评分的调查结果并分析。结论107家美容美发单位的各项状况均有所改善,不合格单论比例由70.1%下降至51.4%。卫生监督量化分级管理对美容美发行业的卫生状况改善有积极的引导作用。完善现有公共场所的法律法规,提高公共场所监管力度是改善公共场所现状的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of quantitative classification management.Methods:Conducted two times of investigations by questionnaire,based on Quantitative Classification Table of Beauty Salons,samples were selected from two streets in certain district,totally 107 units,which all have valid licences.The scores of each unit before and after training were compared to evaluate the changes of relevant status.Results:The ratio of D level decline. Sanitary status and self-management had a better improvement after the quantitative classification management.Conclusions: Improving the supervision mode and effectiveness of supervision,better law and regulation system,and strengthening the related training for workers would be beneficial for the improvement of public health status of beauty salons.更多还原
