【摘要】 根据国家电网公司科研课题"架空输电线路基础自平衡检测技术研究"的研究成果,介绍了研制的自平衡试验专用检测设备"EPRI-ZPH自平衡载荷测试分析仪"和囊式荷载箱的功能与特点.EPRI-ZPH自平衡载荷测试分析仪可自动加载、恒载,自动读数、自动判稳;可实时监测记录桩顶、荷载箱上、荷载箱下桩身位移变化量并绘制相应曲线以及拟合曲线;囊式荷载箱设备轻巧,工作压强仅20MPa,工厂化制作,质量可靠,费用低廉.经现场试验验证,EPRI-ZPH自平衡载荷测试分析仪和囊式荷载箱完全满足自平衡试验检测功能需要,具有较大的推广使用价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Baesd on the research results of the research projects of SGCC—the self-balanced loading test study for the overhead transmission line foundation,the functions and features of the self-balanced test special equipment "EPRI-ZPH self-balancing load test analyzer" and the capsule load cell,are introduced.The EPRI-ZPH self-balancing load test analyzer can automatically increase the load,maintain the load,automatic reading,automatic stability;and it can real-timely monitor and draw the displacement changes curves of pile top,load cell top and bottom.The capsule load cell is portable,low working pressure(only 20MPa),factory production,reliable quality,low-cost and easy to install.After field-testing to verify,we are convinced that the EPRI-ZPH self-balancing load test analyzer and the capsule load cell can meet the functional needs of the self-balanced loading test and should be spreaded in application.更多还原
